Coaching
Sharon Juden is a professional Career and Life Coach, teacher and therapist with over 20 years experience working in sales, public relations and teaching. She gained her Diploma as a Professional Coach from The Coaching Academy and now works with successful clients who are looking to focus on life/work balance and improve relationships in order to excel in all areas of their lives. She is dedicated to the development of human potential and empowers people to set and achieve their personal and business goals so that they can become the people they want to be.

Hypnotherapy and NLP
She is also a Hypnotherapist and Certified NLP practitioner and is a member of The Hypnotherapy Society. Through hypnosis she helps people with various issues, particularly weight loss, self/esteem/self confidence building and breaking habits such as smoking, nail biting, overspending. She strongly believes in the power of hypnosis to change behavioural patterns at a deep subconscious level, replacing negative and destructive behaviour with new positive beliefs and healthy habits.

Massage and Reiki
In addition, Sharon offers Swedish massage, Reiki, or combinations of treatments eg Reiki and coaching or hypnotherapy and coaching. She has found from experience that the two working together can be an extremely powerful combination because when the body and mind are in a deep state of relaxation, answers to issues and problems often appear effortlessly.

Other Areas of Activity
She is a sessional tutor with Bracknell Forest Borough Council, holding weekly sessions on ‘Confidence’.

She teaches weekly Life Management Skills to teenagers in local schools, helping them with confidence issues, relationships and learning styles.

She is a resident Career Coach at www.MindTools.com and runs the Coaching Clinic for the Mind Tools Career Excellence Club.
